Happy Birthday Robert!

So my hubby turned 31 yesterday. Whoa! He's old! LOL! Okay, he's not that old. Happy birthday to a wonderful man, husband, and father. I guess he's a son, son-in-law, brother, uncle, grandson, and sometimes a few choice words when I'm mad at him. LOL! We went to Costa Vida for dinner and then to see the movie Couple's Retreat. It was friggen hilarious! Thanks to Stacy and Kirk for watching the kids for us. After we got home, we sat in bed watching Everybody Loves Raymond. Ray had a gingerale in his hand. Robert turned to me and mentioned how good gingerale would be. I agreed. He then mentioned how he was a bit hungry, and how good a hoagie on soft hoagie buns from Walmart would be. So being the good wife I am, I made a trip to Walmart at like 11:30 last night. It was past midnight when I got home so I did not make the hoagie. He was not the birthday boy anymore, and I was tired. LOL. It was a good day. I love you Robert!

Okay I suck at this!

I totally forgot I had a blog until Kari reminded me. I really should be better at this. I'll admit that I suck at it right now. We went to the pumpkin patch yesterday. It was a blast! It's our favorite patch by far and we go there every year. It's called Black Island Farms Harvest Festival or something like that. We went on a wagon ride out into the patch to pick our own pumpkins. Brook wanted this teeny green one so the wagon driver let her get a big one too. She's a twerp! Braden was excited to have his face painted. He looked pretty cool!We did the "Edward" corn maze and didn't get too lost. We almost lost Kari when she decided she'd intercept the kids to scare them. She hit a dead end and I backtracked to get her. LOL! We did all the slides and rides and looked at the animals.
We took the kids back to Kari's to scrapbook since the men were at the General Conference Priesthood Session. We ate pizza and let the kids run wild. It sure wore them out. Brook fell asleep on Kari's couch. I have no clue how she can sleep like this but she did.
